Accessing Course Evaluation Reports

Overview

Course Evaluation reports are released two weeks after the full semester is over. Courses belonging to a semester session that ends before the full semester will also have to wait until the full semester ends before reports are made available.

Accessing Reports

Reports from Spring 2018 onward are available online at http://tamuc.bluera.com/tamuc/

Simply sign in with your Active Directory credentials, locate "My Reports," and choose the report you're need from the list. If you have questions about reports or need assistance with access, please email Course.Evaluations@tamuc.edu.

Additional Report Details

There are four types of reports that are made after each major term is over.

These reports are:

  1. Course Section Report: These reports provide instructors with just the responses submitted for the courses they teach.
  2. Instructor Summary Report: These reports provide instructors with an overall summary of all the courses they teach
  3. Departmental Report: These reports provide department heads with the score for each instructor on each course.
  4. Overall Report: This report is an aggregated result of all course evaluations and is also publicly made available on our course evaluation dashboard.

Fall 2017 reports are available in Snap Surveys, which can be found at https://srte.tamuc.edu/snapwebhost/. Use the following documentation to guide you through the retrieval process:

Accessing Reports Between Fall 2014 to Summer 2017

To access reports for face-to-face courses between Fall 2014 and Summer 2017, please contact your department head. They have access to these reports in a network share drive and can disseminate them to faculty members from there.

Accessing Reports Between 2010 and Summer 2014

These reports may still be available in archived records within the OAT department.  Please contact Course.Evaluations@tamuc.edu for more details.

Ad-hoc Report

Some departments may need special reports to analyze data covering recent semesters.  If you need a custom report, you may reach out to Course.Evaluations@tamuc.edu with your request.

Dynamic Report Access (DRA)

Department Heads and Administrative Associates will typically have access to all department reports such as Course Section, Instructor Summary, and Departmental Report. Likewise, Deans and Administrative Associates will typically have college-wide access to view reports. The Provost, Vice Provost, and President can view the university-wide report.

If you have any questions, please email Course.Evaluations@tamuc.edu.
